sudo apt-get install ibus-unikey
2) Open System Setting> Language Support > Keyboard input method: Ibus
3) Reboot system
sudo reboot
4) On top of right click icon Keyboard > Preference > Input Method > Customize Active Method input > Vietnamese: Unikey > add > close
